Made-to-Order Jewelry

All jewelry at The Diamond Cutter is made to order. Please review all product details, including metal, stones, ring size, chain length, and any special requests, before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before production begins.

For purposes of this cancellation policy, production begins when work starts on the CAD (computer-aided design) for your order or when physical production begins, whichever occurs first.

Once production has begun, cancellations and refunds for a change of mind are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind on made-to-order jewelry, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your jewelry upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery at thediamondcutter1986@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

We will review your request and work with you to determine an appropriate solution, in accordance with applicable law. Submitting a request does not automatically entitle you to a refund, replacement, or free repair.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered as such.

Please contact us before sending any item back. The requested 48-hour reporting period does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Ring Resizing

Ring resizing may be available depending on the design. Please contact us to confirm availability, any applicable charges, and shipping arrangements before sending your ring.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
